Hi All,
When I created my ee profile I claimed for spouse's education, and at that time I have WES done for her. As I sent to WES certified true copy, translated from authorised translator, I don't have now any other copy except the original and one true copy. But this certified true copy is not notarised from ministry of foreigners affairs. I got to know that CIC e-APR needs for translated docs to be notarised! When I sent my application to WES they didn't ask for translation notarisation.
To have notarisation on my translation, the true copy of my wife's degree has to sent to Syria to be translated then stamped from justice ministry then Syrian ministry of foreigners affairs. And as I am out of Syria, this route to send back the degree there and get someone to make all required process (get my docs from ministry to other) is deadly tough. All my relatives left Syria, I don't have close friends or relatives there now.
I have nomination and I will get 600 points once I accept it. So here is MY QUESTION:
As I don't need to claim for few points of spouse's education, and I have enough points from nomination letter, and I can't upload to CIC the required documents of my wife's education, what should I do?
1- Should I delete wife's education section in EE profile before accepting nomination (then ITA will come on the way), by answering NO at holding an education degree? Is that taking me to point of mispresenting data OR
2- Should I answer yes, fill details with WES. then in e-APR application I will attach soft copy of original WES report, soft copy of original authorised translation with NO notarisation, soft copy of Arabic degree stamped from university as true copy but not notarised from other ministries? What should I do?
