Need to change CAQ

I applied in university for september 2019. Then,i got refusal and now i want to apply for collage.So, as i have already caq for university, it is also eligible for collage now??

You do not have to apply for a new CAQ if your change universities or programs as long as you meet the following conditions:

a) Your program of studies is the same length as your original program;
b) Your original CAQ was issued for university studies;
c) You do not change level of studies (e.g. Bachelor to Masters).

But in your case, you have to apply for a new CAQ.

But earlier i applied for Bachelor but now applying for diploma course..
