HI Folks, I applied for my Permanent residence in 2005 from Delhi, India. My PR status is showing up as in process in the candian govt site
i recently got married and want to update my status and add my spouse to my PR Application, Please advise the following documents which need to be updated and procedure to be followed

1. Marriage certificate.( notarized)
2. Marriage photographs 4-5
3. Spouse appliction fee $550
4. Spouse passport copy - all pages.
5. Spouse background declaration, address, eductional particulars- all forms filled up
6. Photogarphs of spouse 35*45
7. Educational certificates of spouse ( notarized)

Thanks for the Information... I will follow your instructions and let you know if i have any questions and one more thing do you have any idea about those who applied for PR in 2005, how many years will it take to get the interview?

Don't forget, you also need original police clearance certificates for your spouse along with the other items mentioned above. Police clearance certificates for all countries that your spouse lived since the age of 18.

Unfortunately, I do not have any idea about applications filed in year 2005. Hopefully others will comment.

They are dealing with 2002 and 2003 cases. So, it may take another 2-3 years.
