Hi all
Am from India, here in bc on a PGWP expiring July 2020 with my wife on SOWP also expiring in July 2020 and I would like to stay in Canada.
I have lived in BC over 3 years and on NOC B with over 2 years experience in Canada at this point.
Is it possible for me and my wife to get extended work permit.?

Also am in EE pool with 430 considering my age I lost 25 points and couldn't increase my score in IELTS in such a short time.
Can I apply for study permit to my wife so so we both can work later or can apply for visitors visa.?

Do I have any other alternate options in hand to stay in Canada.?

I think you can apply for study permit to stay longer and extend the Sowp.

Or you can try and get an LMIA, I don't think PGWP can be extended. I though IELTS/CELPIP was open in BC, aren't they?

Thanks for the reply.
One of the consultant told me the same.
Pgwp can't be extended.
But am not sure about study visa.
Lmia takes long time.
Can I apply for study visa to my wife for September intake.?

Do I need to wait for one more EE draw they score may come down to 430.

Sure, you can apply for a study permit for the September intake and you can apply for the SOWP. However both of you will need to stop working as soon as your work permits expire in July 2020. You won't be able to start working again until your wife starts school in September.

I believe if you are having a work permit and apply for extension of a WP then you have implied status otherwise you would have to stop working.

Hi
I have similar situation as above.
My CRS is at 430.
Pgwp expires August 1st 2020.

I would like to show details of my profile so you can guide me .

Bachelor's in India.
Masters in Canada
Status PGWp expiring August 1st 2020.
Experience - india- 5 yrs recorded in cic when applying to study permit. (Actual 2 +years.)
Experience canada- 2+ years NOC B
Age 33
Married- spouse in Canada on SOWP. She is notworking due to pandemic.
Spouse education b.tech Wes evaluated.
Ielts- mine- L7.5; w-6; R-6.5; S-6.5.
Spouse IELTS - L6.5, w-5.5, R-5 ,S-6.

Total CRS will be 430. Without Indian experience.
481 with 5 years of indian experience. Indian Experience letter is not clear.
Am worried that in background verification they may check my Indian experience. So I didn't include my Indian experience while creating my EE profile.

My work permit is expiring on August 1st . Can someone guide me wether to show indian experience or not.

I get invited in next draw if I show my Indian experience. Is that the good idea to show India. Experience?
Do I need to show only Canadian experience only?

Does draw score come down to 430 .?

Do I need to wait for another draw or do I need to get study permit to my wife.
Do I need to apply for visitors visa for me.

Please advise.

Thanks a lot.
