Hi
I need some help from u to apply for student visa in Canada where it has some limitations behind it.
I have applied for US H4 dependent visa along with my husband in 2017 and it got rejected along with my husband H1B. Later i tried to go for studies in US and that student visa also got rejected on the reason husband H1B rejected but she is wanting to go. This happened in 2019.
Now, we are not together our relationship ended up on divorce. As am willing to do my masters abroad, have selected Canada for that as the universities out there are very good and productive compared to any where in the world. Am already a software professional with 5+ years of work experience in India. So, my doubts here are
1. Is it okay to apply for student visa after all this mess?
2. Are there more chances for rejection? Rather than getting it approved?
3. Because i have decided to mention these rejections while applying to Visa which is loyal, shall i be okay to proceed,?
I need some experts suggestions here, because am afraid to take any decision because what if i get one more rejection from another country too!! So i thought let me think best on this and start the process to go. I hope u understand my situation and help me with this hard nut to break.
