I submitted my application for FSW outland on Feb 01 2016. After submission i got a message in my CIC account "This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada was received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) via your MyCIC account on ."
1. Is the above message called AOR?
2. On Feb 18 I received another message requesting for additional documents (police certificates) and was given 2 months to submit. I submitted these online on my application page sometime in March. Since then I have not seen any movement in status, neither received any email or message. How do I make sure that the documents have been received? Is this quite normal?
