NEED SOME HELP

My case is a little different,
I have 4-5 years of gap after 12th

I am 23 years old.
10th (2011)= 7.8 CGPA,
12th (2013)= 58.6 % (all 6 subjects),Non-medical stream,
IELTS score= 6.5 band (L-6.5 R-6.5 W-6.5 S-6.0)

Engineering (2013-2017)
I started my Engineering from NSIT, New Delhi. But still, as my session is over I have so many supplementary exams to pass and I don't think I can pass them. So I am thinking to leave engineering and to start graduation from beginning in some other field(B.A) from any foreign University.
I need some guidance regarding my situation.

It is little difficult to convince the officer that you are a bonafide student. How are you going to explain that you did not complete your engineering but will complete the education in Canada?

but i think he must complete study then apply, rejection reason will be bonafide and why applicant spend soo much money and droped study.

these days they have like thousands files. someone in forum said like 50 thousand. before apply you must think why they issue visa and why not, then patch every reason got to not. but in your case i think there are too many. you need all the luck in the world and alot hard work on file common agent will get rejection read this forum almost every thread/post how to apply and rejections.
