We send our files on March 24, 2010. She is from US, I am Canada. She is applying Canada PR. We choice to used Family class sponsorship. CIC mail a letter back to us and request more informations like FBI fingerprint check, Medcial Exam missing X-ray. her daughter 4 picutres like passport kind of the pictures. and her daugther birth certifice. and final the daugther medical exam.

We call the doctor office and was trying to book a appointment for her daugther medical exam. But doctor say the CIC will send me a medical exam paper to able to take the exam is this true?

Also Only my wife is coming her daugther is staying in USA with her grand parents. So on the family sponsorship we did not put her down for sponsorship. But she still require to take medical exam?

OUR deadline for sumbitting all the file CIC Requrest is July 09, 2010. We have got most of the file ready to send. such AS ( 4picuters of daugther passport size, Birth Certifice, X-ray on my wife done, But only missing FBI fingerprint check but we call FBI today they say still need 8 weeks more. and Her daugther Medical Exam is not done yet.

On the paper that CIC send us. Says Your daugther medical exam will be required in later date. Does that mean we dont have to do it now? Please give us any suggestion what we shall do for now before deadline etc.. Thanks You.

Since they asked for it you should get it done, them saying it will be required at a later date? Its just incase in the future she wants to come to Canada if you do not include it later she will not be able if she wants to.And when you downloaded the app online there is a medical form there that you are to bring to the medical with you.It would have been included in the app.

Just for the record - I seriously doubt this thread is legitimate. I find it very hard to believe that someone with enough intelligence to write such an inquiry would not have read through ANY of the application instructions or the document checklists before submitting their application. That information makes it very clear that (1) ALL DEPENDENT CHILDREN are to be listed on the application and are to submit to medical examination, (2) proof of medical examination is to be included WITH the application, and (3) original police certificates for any country resided in for more than 6 months since age 18 are to be submitted WITH the application. In more than three years I have not read a single inquiry in four completely different Canadian immigration forums where the sponsor AND applicant both have missed all three requirements. Not only that, but I seriously suspect that this application - if it were for real - would have ever made it to the embassy. CPC-Mississauga would have turned it around without even approving the sponsor.

The DMP does not need forms from CIC for your wife and her daughter to get the medical exams - those forms are included in the Region Specific forms that were included with the application packet. So are the instructions for getting the FBI clearances.

There is so much wrong with this that I really don't know where to start.
