I got the AOR back in June. However, me and my wife couldn't complete the medical reports at the same time as she was pregnant. So our results were sent out in June and August respectively. I just checked on e-CAS, my status is still "application received". Does it mean that they still don't receive our medical results? Anyone has any idea how to check if the results were received?
I have been trying to contact CPP-O by email, but never got any reply. Actually, I updated them my address change by email. But it is not changed in the system. Will postal mail be more effective? Really have no idea what I can do at this point...
