We have applied for our PR through the Quebec Skilled worker program. We finished our Medicals in April 2017 and since then we have not heard from them. We are in Canada and our Canada visa would expire in December. We need to travel to India in November (for a month) and I was wondering how should I plan this considering the situations below.
- Say we receive a PPR for PR stamping in Oct. and if we send our passports right away; considering atleast a month to get our passport back it looks very difficult that we could make it during November end ------ So my question for this scenario is
1) Is there a way we can expedite the PR stamping process when we submit our passport?
2) Even if we receive a PPR in Oct. Is there a way we can submit our passport after we come back from India (I have heard we need to submit it within 30 days)?
3) If I get my PR stamp by November (but not the PR card), would we still need to renew our work/student visa until we get a final PR card?
