Hello everyone here. I got a SP refusal in December. Now I want to apply again for September intake.
However, I was told that my husband cannot apply for open-work permit at the same time with me since it would be suspicious that we won't leave the country after completion of the course.
Can you please tell me if it is true and should we apply first for my SP then for his open work permit after I get accepted or moved to Canada,
I am applying from Azerbaijan. Non SDS.
