I've to travel on a medical emergency to India. Currently my TRV is expired and present processing time in Canada is 77 days +

Is there a way I can get the process accelerated under priority basis for medical reasons?

You don’t need a TRV to leave Canada.

I have to comeback to Canada after few months and I must have a valid TRV.

No faster processing. You will need to apply and hope it gets processed before you want to leave. You can attach proof of a flight date but no guarantees. When travelling, especially right now, you have to be prepared to get stuck in a country,
