My friend told me today if some one is not graduated from canada or has not done any school or study program from Canada ,that person is not eligible TO apply under CEC
Is it true???
I am foriegn worker in canada no canadian study but i work here as a supervisor am I eligible to apply under CEC

The issue is that study in Canada plus skilled work usually assures that you have the points to guarantee PR.
