need some assistance,,,,,

a little bit confusion abt the documents of my sister she is canadian citizen, her Canadian Passport copy , and utility bills copy, should i notorized that documents, or she notorized it in canada and then send me the notorized Copies,???? because i have that documents but scanned?

Having a document notarized means that the person authorized to do it can SEE the original and puts a seal and signature on the COPY to say that this IS AN EXACT REPLICA of the original document. As long as you use someone from the CIC list of people authorized to do it, it shouldn't matter which country they come from. Probably best if your sister has a copy made and gets it notarized and mails that one to you, so her original doesn't get lost in the mail.

hey you don't need notarisation of that documents issued in canada. don't waste your money. photocopies / scanned copies are fine. check

ok, f my relative, send me his last month utility bills of electricity and water. only bills of last month will be ok as proof that they live in canada? and i'll submitt that orignals bills? , they only to notorize their bio-data page of the passport and Citizenship Certificate photocopy would necessory to send???
 
Any help in this question ,in background declaration schedule1 Q.13 there are mention about Any Government Position you have held, so i am currently on Government Position, and in last colum " Activities and/or position held" what should to write only Position held, or on activity or Both???
 
Is there any reason why you would not answer both questions? I would and decrease the chances the VO would think of more questions to ask.
 
one thing abt the photos, in my application i don't have any family member as i am single, so should i write my name height, and color of eyes on back of one photos and put them into envelope???????
 
You have to write on back of photo. Go through the your Visa post checklist. You must also mention date of photo taken.

i see the visa checked list there is only mentiond abt photos , "Go to Guidence Notes" and in guidence notes only mention , provide 4 photos of ur each family member and on the back write their, DOB, color of eyes, date and hight, and put them in envolape and on envolape write principle applicant name and date of birt. nothing more mention about photos,, ???? so i do same with my photos and the date photo taken that is not mention anywhere?????
 
What is your VO ? Also check the guide line on application guide.Photo must not be older then 6 month as per Guideline. so i advise you to mention it.

thanx My VO is London as i am from Pakistan, ok i'll mention that and also mention the rest of information on the back??? and one thing more i noticed now, in CIO checklist there are mention on No. 8 Two self adressed mailing labels one in english or French and the other is in the official language of our country, so i mention one address or Two? and the official language of Pakistan is English so no need to write in other language???
 
are u sure that Pak official lang. is English or Urdu ? Whatever it is you need provide them 2 labels. NOT one..so make 2 .

Yes, Pakistan's Official Language is English Urdu is our National Language but for official purpose in Offices and other correspondence here we use english, two mailing addres means same address write two times or two diffrent addresses of mine for my correspondence???
