Hello

I am on my post graduate work permit which is only for 1 year. I am working as a Financial sales representative which comes under NOA level B.
I started working in November 2015 and my work permit expires in September 2016. So i can only have 9 months of work experience when my work permit expires.

I have my girlfriend who will get 3 years work permit in April 2016 and we also have plans to get married as well.

What is the possible way to extend my work permit or even file for a PR under express entry.??

Please help as i need urgent solution for this concerns.

I guess you can get an OWP after your girlfriend gets her PGWP, and then apply through EE - CEC after getting the one year of experience.
Alternatively - do you have one year of foreign experience in NOC 0,A,B? You could look what your CRS is right now and maybe apply through EE - FSW.
Then, if you get an ITA and the AOR before Sept, you could get a BOWP.

But wait for other replies, those are just my thoughts, I don't have the relevant experience.

You should have one year experience for sure. so better your girl friend can create/apply in Express entry and add you as a common law partner. and she can have points for your 9 months experience in Canada. or else you need to apply a Open work permit which sometimes hard to get if you had already worked in a closed work permit. or you can apply for a visa extension for the same/new employer.
