Our family already obtained PR confirmation through FSW.We have a plan to land to Canada soon.The problem is my spouse divorce before landing.I am principal applicant.my spouse and my daughter are dependent. Do I need to send my spouse's passport to CIC so that they can cancel the immigration visa of her? If not, do they cancel my case as well? I ask this because she won't give me her passport, so I am so worried about this. Thanks in advance.

Did you get the help from your Spouse Adaptability Points? If no then immediately contact your Visa Officer through e-mail, they will guide you accordingly.
If your 67 score contains the Adaptability Points, they will be subtracted and if you fall behind 67 Marks, your application will get refusal and you need to fill new application under EE Porgram.
I just would like to know if I need to send back my spouse's passport to CIC. Would you please advice?

If you have the visa already you can go and land on your own. Why must you return her passport for cancellation? May be I did not get your situation right.
