Hi
I’m international student in Ontario. I came from India for May 2018 intake. I’m pregnant and ready to pay for delivery. Can anyone please help me to get right answer about
1. Baby would be Canadian citizen or not?
2. What would the procedure for birth certificate and passport?
3. Baby will have health coverage or not for future vaccinations?

Thanks

That's good. If you are no longer a student and are either a visitor or have no status you would be responsible for any healthcare costs of your newborn for birth. Given that you are in Ontario you have UHIP not OHIP.
What would be the status of baby?

The baby would be Canadian. The difference is that you would be responsible to pay for any NICU costs that could get extremely expensive. A Australian couple is repaying a million dollars for their twins born in Canada. Wanted to clarify that your child's status will not allow you to stay in Canada.
