I did it on Tuesday and they uploaded the result by next Tuesday. So its 7 business days.

You will get update on ECAS somewhere between 8-10 days. Below is how it works:

Example:

Medical Done: April 4th
Medical Upload by PP: April 10th
Medical reviewed by RMO: April 11th
Tagged Clear by RMO and added status to ECAS: April 11th
ECAS Update: April 13th

Thanks Goku, my wife has already done her MR in december. She got a MR request again with me. My lawyer advised me that he will send my spouse's PCC, me and my spouse schedule A my medical exam receipt and her's IME together in one postal mail

The doctor uploaded the result in one week. my ecas got updated after 2 weeks of receiving the result. But I called cic call center before ecas updated and the agent said, medical is passed.

So, I am assuming, ecas does not get updated frequently.
