I had submitted my application for spouse OWP on March 6 2013 to the NDVO. I have not heard back at all since. Unfortunately, I applied directly (sent via Blue Dart) and not through VFS, so I have no idea on the status. I have to take my CFA L2 exam on June 1 and passport is a mandatory ID. Please advise me urgently on how I could get back my passport for just taking the exam. Your suggestions would be very valuable! I have emailed them multiple times but they have not replied at all. I even mailed them to return my passport and that I could re-send after the exam. But no response!
