Need more document bug?

I receive a letter last november 14 to upload 3 document :

- PCC
- CSQ
- Declaration of severance

In Gckey, there's only 2 document asked, the csq and declaration of severence.

So I sent the PCC by email and got automatic reply confirmation.

However, in Gckey it still saying Need more document.

I call CIC and explained them all this and they told me to use webform to upload the file to singapore which I did.

After the upload, the popup windows says up to 28 open days before Singapore reply and added they might not reply at all.

Also, I didnt receive any automatic confirmation.

I am approved and waiting for the passport now and gckey is still saying that too lol
Doesnt look like they update it often

My account has said that since April I think. I have confirmed with IRCC that they don't need anything else though.

They finally updated my gckey to show i am approved and the passport we sent is valid.
