Ok what if she gets her Canada citizenship can she visit the US then ?
No - the 10 year bad would still apply (assuming she was out of status for at least a year). She needs to wait 10 years before attempting to return to the US. Becoming a Canadian citizen will not change this. The US takes overstays very very seriously. She needs to stay away from the US until her ban ends.

Ok what if an American come to Canada to marry her and file for green card in the states, I mean is that possible ?
It's certainly possible for her to get married to an American in Canada. But she should expect the green card process to be extremely difficult given her past history in the US. I expect she will have a lot of difficulty being approved. Also - she will have the 10 year ban to deal with and her spouse will have to ask for a waiver based on hardship which is hard to do.

Realistically she needs to forget about the US for 10 years.

yeah that's cause she wont need a visa anymore
That's actually incorrect. She almost certainly has a ban. If she has a ban, she still won't be able to enter the US - even if she gets Canadian citizenship. The ban will still apply.

Hello everyone, I have a friend who was in the US for three years on a conference visa, she got married to an American citizen and filed for green card, she got her work permit and social security number, and they were called for interview but she and her husband got divorced, so she couldn’t go for the interview, she crossed the Us border illegally to Canada to seek asylum, now her asylum has been granted, she wants to know if she can go visit the US, since she overstayed and also cross the border illegally, any information will help thank you.
Since everyone answer your question.

No, She cannot and she is banned for Ten (10) years so hope she likes Canada.

Again it is her choice and waste of money to apply for a US visa but she is banned even after becoming a Canadian Citizen US does not miss anything so Good Luck to her and her new life in Canada.

If she is that curious to get back to the US she can always Get an Attorney and see if she has other options.

Good Luck.

She withdrew the green card application while she was here in Canada that she left the US and also she’s divorced from her husband, I mean since she left the stew voluntarily can’t she get a US visa just to visit ?
Unfortunately , that is not the case with US. Since, your friend did not disclose that on the visiting visa application that she has any plans to immigrate to US permanently, and that she did not complete the adjustment of status processing in the US, she will still be subjected to the conditions of the previous visiting visa. The easiest way out is for your friend to become a Canadian citizen and she needs no visa; in as much she has not committed misrepresentation which attracts life ban. Thanks
