Need info - urgently related to work exp

Hi,
I am a doctor by profession and have own practice in India from last three years. How can I show my work experience for these years. I have income tax return for these years. What else is required to prove that I am practicing.

Also prior to three years, I have 5 year work experience letter from hospital where I was working.

Do police verification certificate is required before submitting application or it is not mandatory.
If it is mandatory how much time it takes in Delhi to get it?

there is no checklist for the same, but u shd attach as many documents as you can, remember as many as u can, just think of it, IT Returns, any professional /service tax receipts/ registration or licence copy/ any communication for your professional body/government proving wht u r claiming for.

This goes even for your service experience, collect IT returns/paystubs (payslips)/offer-increment-bonus letters/EPF slips/if possible a letter frm the former employer certifying ur job.

remember to get all the copies notorized.

PCC is a must requirement for filing, u can get the same for Passport kendra near you, the procedure is very simple, just have a visit there.

PCC is not mandatory for the initial submission of application. CIC recommends you send it initially, but you can also send it later on when asked, no penalty against it.
