Dear All
I need help from all of you. i got rejection letter from CHC New Delhi stating that not considering my NOC 6453 (42 MONTHS) because its not falling under skills category A,B or O . Can anyone explain me skills A,B or O please? After waiting 2 years i got rejection which is really painful. Below you find some part of chc Delhi, letter.

"Your application was assessed based on the occupation in which you requested assessment, namely: NOC 0631 (Restaurant and Food Service Managers), for a total of about 27 months, between May 2005 and April 2010 and under NOC 6453 (Food and Beverages Servers) for about 42 months between March 2003 and November 2008. Only experience under occupations falling under NOC codes in category A, B or O quality for experience points and therefore, I am not awarding points for your experience under NOC 6453. Points awarded below are attributed for your experience under NOC 0631, therefore, two complete years. "

1. NOC A, B or O are skilled jobs.
2. NOC C or D are semi skilled or unskilled.
3. Only skilled jobs are considered under FSW for points.
