I applied under Investor category (Federal) from Kuwait,my case is being processed by CHC,London.What i want to know is that how to get the letter from TRAFFIC DEPT.,KUWAIT which could help me in transferring my Kuwaiti valid driving liecense into Canadian driving liecense ???

Dear ,Please give me some suggestion ,i also applied investor federal category in jan 2008 from islamabad , now my case is in London. BUT so far i didnt even get documents request. its been now three years i am still awaiting for documents request.

@NABEEL : When u check ur application status online on canada immigration web site,what does it say ? If it says under process means it is going fine & if it says something else than contact your consultant or lawyer through whom u have applied for immigration !

@sd2011 : Hey did u apply from Kuwait and under invester category ? If yes than may i know your details,like ur full name & nationalty etc,also is possible pls tell me when did u apply exactly & what is the current status of your file ?

Yes it does say , Under process ..but when i will be able to get documents request. its been now 3 years????

@Nabeel : Did u apply online or through an Immigration consultant ??? If through consultant than why don't u ask your consultant to contact the London visa office as it never takes more than a year for requesting documents and the whole process takes around 25 months maximum ? Consultants are authorised to contact directly if the process has taken more than 25 months & is still under process !

Yes it does say , Under process ..but when i will be able to get documents request. its been now 3 years????

London Office will start working on transferred Cases in the last quarter of this Year. So wait for few more months and All will be fine... Good Luck

As it says on cic site that the whole process takes 26 months for FEDERAL INVESTER CATEGORY & it has already been 22 months now ?

Transferred file are those transferred from Islamabad to London.
You should wait a little more

@ARUMA : My file was never transferred from Islamabad as im born and brought up in KUWAIT (Have my business setup in Kuwait),so my file was directly sent to London and being processed by London visa office ! So any guess how many more months CHC,London would take to request for Medical Exams ?

Hi dear ,

I applied through consultant, he told me the time i was apply that ,it will take only one year to completed the whole process , Big lair ... see now its been 3 years not even documents request.
i asked him several times , but always he said wait n wait...

@Nabeel : All u can do is than (WAIT) as i am waiting yeah what i am thinking is that how can it take too long to even ask for required doc's,as i sent my required doc's just one year after my process started,now im jus waiting for MEDICAL call and than will make investment to Canada Government,anyway my friend just wait as ur consultant said
