Good afternoon everyone! I have a question my friend is 19 yrs old and got married to a Canadian PR card holder. She is residing in Canada and have student visa. So my question is - can she apply for PR card now ? And if so, what type of application will she be needed to fill out ?

No - she cannot apply for a PR card now. Only people who are already permanent residents can apply for PR cards. She needs to become a permanent resident first. Her spouse will have to sponsor her for PR:
