I was selected by aipp program and I have every docs in my hand.
Right now, I am living in Canada as a vistor. When I apply work permit in Canada, the application was refused. It said " you are not a person described in Immigration Legislation who can apply for this type of document from within Canada". So I need apply in my home country visa office?? did anyone know this ?
and how long do they usually give me for the work permit
