my name is muhammad nawaz khan tangwani from pakistan my education is diploma of asssociate engineer in electrical my experience almost 5 year 2 year poart time 2 and 9 month full time as industry electrician. my 3 uncles livies in canada vancouver bc .all of them permanet citizen of canadian.but these doind jobs my one uncle drive taxi 2nd frame worker 3rd supervizer in factory .plz tell me they sponsor me or not.and i have a chance for immigration plz tell me simply i shall be thank full to you ok god blesss you

You don't need your uncle to sponsor you. As an industrial electrician, your occupation is in high demand in Canada. Check here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp if you qualify. You will get extra points for having an uncle in Canada but you will not get more points for having 3 of them.
