hai there, 2 months early i have mailed CIC and file a complaint against my husband who have falsified his marriage status to get Canadian visa. means he show himself single and entered in Canada. After 15 days Embassy called me, asked my details and said they will all me later. but after that they never connected me. so what should i do, i just want to know r they working on my application or not. should i mail them again and i have to concert a lawyer to file a case

There's really nothing you can do now. This is a confidential process and CIC will most likely not tell you the status of the investigation.

What do you mean "your application"? You reported a case of fraud, and now it's up to CIC to investigate and take action if they deem necessary. They may or may not inform you of what they end up doing as it's out of your hands now.

that mean now i can do nothing even if my so called husb is sitting in Canada and live happy life showing himself single

Again, it's a confidential process. CIC isn't going to give you any updates or tell you the outcome of the complaint you filed - so there is no point contacting them. The only reason why you may hear from them is if they need more information from you.

You should be focusing on moving on with your life.
