Need Help!!

Hi experts,

I'm currently applying for Canadian Visa (this late due to have been stucked for a LONG time) and realised that the form IMM1294 (Application for Study Permit Made Outside of Canada) is not working and asking me to upgrade my PDF reader whilst I have got the latest version of it. I have found the form, however from other websites and it doesn't allow me to upload it due to "unable to validate my documents". Can someone help me?

1. Opens for me, but I had to go to downloads and click, as it didn't open automatically.

Thanks, apparently only Internet Explorer can do it, as a chrome user I found that Racist! lol
