hi i would like to ask if anyone knows what to do about my situation.
my representative in philippines emailed me that my passport is in with a visa in it but they don't know what to do about the other stamp that is supposed to be with my permanent resident visa and they are not sure about my port of entry because i am now in canada with a tourist visa. I cant travel cause i am 8 months pregnant.

do you mean the stamp in the passport you get when you land as a pr? That stamp won't be put in until you have officially landed and gone through the procedure.

You do not have to travel back to the phillippines to land. what you can do is either, call cic to make an appointment like inland applicants or drive to the closest land border and "flagpole" with the US border. It is very common to do, and the border agents on both sides of the border know how to do it.

one would think your representative would know this information...
