she living with her family , husband , 3 kids . actully i wanna apply for workpermit but my brother in law stop me by saying this that i will be in canada in 2014 as my sister is there, i have also seen many peoples gone like this .

Your brother in law is wrong. The only reason other people may have gone like this is either their parents died, and they're single, or they came under a skilled trade program, which is what you should do because as I said before, it's virtually guaranteed entry to Canada depending on the trade because the LMO will be very positive.

Maybe his brother in law doesn't want him in Canada so he is making stories about some phantom family sponsorship. Anything is possible. I know of quite a few families that are discouraging other members to come here as they know it is not that easy to "make it" here and be successful. So maybe his brother in law just doesnt want to be put in a situation where he will need to "help" or support the "OP" even if by giving shelter (as this would be expected).
