Need help!!

My FBI clearance will take more thn 60 days as they have returned my application saying due to low quality of fingerprints they want me to take another fingerprint set and send it to them back.Its already being 40 days since I got FBI request from CIC.
Can someone pls suggest what should I do? Is there someone who is in same boat as of me?
I appreciate any help.thanks!

The best would be email/call CIC and letting them know of it asap.
They should extend the timeline for you.

Yes I am going to inform CIC by email for sure..
I just wanted to know if someone has been in my shoes and How is that worked out for them?
FBI replied back with some number so I am hoping that they should process my request sooner this time.
Also their letter doesn't say to send money order or any form again so I am not sure if I should send everything again or not? Its lil confusing

Not sure if it applies the same for PCC but my buddy got his passport request date extended as he couldn't get his passport back within the time given.
