you can pay in bank draft in Canadian dollars. this is a slow way but sure way to do it. you can check with your bank after 30 days you sent out your application package to see if it is cashed or not. Or you can pay with credit card, but there may have risk that your bank will reject that transaction, so you need to call your credit card issuer to let them not block this transaction before you send out application. this way is fast and you can immediately know your fee has been paid by watching your daily credit card activity, which means your application is complete, and ready to move to the next step.

try BPI or BDO- but first buy canadian dollars from dollar exchange store...buy draft a day before u mail your application

you have to print http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf and photo copy your receipt..you can also pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee together with the application fee. Others in the forum did that, mas mabilis...

my sponsor inquired the bank if CIC encashed the draft submitted..If encashed, your application is accepted and is complete...and the date will then be stated sa Acknowledgement receipt from CIO
