need help with work permit application

I am now a refugee claimant. I do not have lawyer.
I know i can apply for work permit. but I want to know:
1. what kind of work permit can i apply for? open permit?
2. Do I apply work permit at CIC website?
3. If yes, could you please give me an url link? I tried, but did not find the right link.

Yes, you apply for open permit.

You have to create an account in the cic website and apply from there.
