Need help with student visa rejection

I have been rejected three times with the same reason that I will not leave Canada after my studies. Citing purpose of study and personal assets/financial status as reasons.

I have been admitted into the PhD Management program at Memorial University NL with a scholarship of CAD 22,000 a year renewable for my four years of study. I am a Cameroonian residing in France with my husband. We do not own any property in France but I have shares back home in my local micro finance. Please can someone tell me how to best present these shares as proof of assets related to leaving Canada after my studies.

You should have ordered the GCMS report right after the first rejection. You cannot rely only on the refusal letter. The report is pulled from the GCMS system used by IRCC. Only residents in Canada can apply it. If you are outside Canada then you have to order it through caipsgcms.com.

Giving to this periods of refusal with same reasons, how did you tackle them respective, can you give a detailed run through of the submitted documents respectively? and was your application(s) online or paper route?
