Bachelor's will get you this far.
Do a post graduate program to get atleast 455 and score more in IELTS to reach 460. That's the usual way.

Or

Get a LMIA approved job offer in Canada to get additional 50 points towards your application.

Or

Check various provinces and their websites for a chance to secure a PNP.

PS: I am not sharing the links here, but you can search the internet about this.

I would suggest you to re-take IELTS and improve your score to CLB 9 which will automatically push you score further.

Can't push it far, transferability factor is losing points due to a single credential.
If they scored 8777 for 420, CLB 10 will get them a max of 432, which is still low.

Improve writing to 7 and listening to 8, that will add some points.

Writing 7.5 and Listening 8.5 will get you to 458.

Getting spouse's degree evaluate will also help.

The current score by OP -> 8/9/7.5/6 is CLB 7 and even moving up to CLB 10 will give 12 points on transferability and 16 points from language so a maximum of 23 points can be added moving the score to 448. But that's still a low score.

(12 points on transferability, currently getting 13 points for Post-secondary program credential of one year or longer along with CLB 7. The same with CLB 9+ gives 25 points)
(16 points from language proficiency, first language gives 16 points at CLB 7 and 32 points at CLB 10)
(Calculations are based on this - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/criteria-comprehensive-ranking-system/grid.html)

Ofcourse going from CLB 7 to CLB 10 by itself is a big challenge and even then a score of 448 will not guarantee success. You were correct in your previous assessment that OP requires more educational credentials, they can think of doing a 1 year masters or PG diploma, even that would help.
