Good Morning,

I am on Closed Work Permit to Canada, my work permit is LMIA exempt under Intra Company Transfer – Specialized Skills. I’m applying for Canada PR under Express entry (CEC)

I am with my employer for last 2 years in Canada and have been working with the same employer in home country for 5 years. Employer is willing to give Letter of Employment or Support Letter.

I am not sure on the valid offer letter contents as I am intra company transfer, Is the letter below shared by one of our helpful members enough to establish as a valid offer? Any help/guidance is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

The letter will certainly count as a valid job offer, although it should state the salary offered (not just the current salary).

It´s not clear if you plan to use the same letter for both the valid job offer requirement, AND the letter of reference for your previous 2 years of experience in Canada. If you have a separate letter that describes your experience over the past 2 years, then it should be OK.

(Because it is redacted, it is also not clear to us whether the future job offer is for the same position, with the same duties and responsibililties and salary that you currently hold).

If you want it to count as your reference letter as well, it needs to include your start date. Another issue is it describes your "current" position as opposed to what you have been doing for the past 2 years (there is a difference and it does create problems for applicants).

Otherwise, congrats! It looks good.
