hi there every body ive been nominated under ainp employer deriven stream as i am apply for bridgeing my work permit my Q is do my emplyer need to fill the employer compliance fee as i understood from the new not that this apply to EMPLOYER WHO ARE EXEPMET FROM LMAI
PLZ HELP ME WITH THIS

If you are planning to use your PNP certificate then yes your employer has fill out his forms. I think the fee for the employer is $230.

USE MY NOMINATION I ALREADY APPLY FOR THE PR and i have AOR
ARE U SURE COZ IT SAID EMPLOYER WHO ARE EXEMPT MY EMPLOYER ARE NOT EXEMPT
IM WHO IS EXEMPT FROM LMAI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If u have AoR then you will have to pay only an additional $100 something. Because you will be applying for an open work permit. You don't need your employers docs and fees for that
