You should have informed the visa office during MR or before when you came to know about your wife's pregnancy. If you came to know about pregnancy after MR then also you should have informed the visa office instead of sending your passport.
You should now immediately inform your visa office and wait for the instructions. You may raise CSE as well. The visa office in all probablity would ask you to send back the passport and copr so that they can cancel the visa and copr. You would need to re-send your and new born's passport after the birth. Probably a re-medical may also be required.
However, if you can fly early (provided your doctor permits her to fly) that would be best.
