So am trying to or at least get prepared to sponsor my spouse. We have no children . I want to know exactly which forms am I suppose to fill out and what is the exact cost. I see the fees on the website but its confusing.
Would it be recommended I use a representative?

I think most of the questions you asked have been answered on your previous posts, that includes the fees and where to find useful advice on spousal sponsorship. You need to look at the CIC website and decide whether your applying inland or outland...although the vast majoroty of people apply outland as it is generally faster. Read the information guides carefully and most of the members here will advise against using a representative...it even says that in the CIC application pack. It can seem daunting at first but you really need to go through the information first and then post any questions once you have your head around it.

You will go cross eyed when doing all the forms, take your time with each one and read all the instructions. It's frustrating filling them out, it's frustrating waiting to hear anything after you've mailed them, and it's especially frustrating when you realize 10 months after you've mailed them that you made a mistake somewhere.

The country specific packages are very good for telling you exactly what you need, trust the information that is written in them.

You pay a sensor fee if I remember correctly, you pay an applicant fee, and you pay a permanent resident fee. There's no children so you leave those spaces empty.

If you are in Canada, I would recommend that you appoint yourself as an Authorized Representative. In case you ever need to speak to CIC on behalf of your spouse. Otherwise CIC will NOT talk to you about his/her file.

Yes, that is very important to know ..... name yourself the representative.....
I did not know...and after the file leave Toronto is very difficult to get information...
