Need Help to Fill Form for Family Class (IMM5768E and IMM0008)

Dear All,

Could you please help me to fill the IMM5768E

Brief summary of my details:

Myself Working here with PR
My Spouse Working here with PR and living with me
My Son is 3 years old living with me
I want to Sponsor my Mother who currently lives with me in Canada as a Visitor.
I sister is working in India and settled in India and I am not sponsering her

While Filling IMM5768E:

1) What we have to put for Question 3. A) Current Undertaking
2) What we have to put for Question 5 Your Spouse or Common-Law Partner, if not included in 3. Above. Provide details on the back Page if he or she is not co-signing the undertaking?
3) What we have to put for Question 6 Even other family member not included above and dependent on you financially, whether they are living with you or not. Enter their number in the box?


Could you please help me on this. Appreciate all your help.

1) Current Undertaking is this application: Your mother.
2) Include your spouse in question 5, if you didn’t previous sponsor her as a Spousal PR.
3) This would be any dependents that you haven’t sponsored (ie your son is either under 3.B)i) or 5.). Your sister is not financially dependent on you either way.
