Hi ALL,
I have questions for my eligibility for the the NOC code, I have one year experience worked as "Logistics process analyst", but the closest NOC code I can find from website would be 1122 Supply Chain Process Analyst.

Here are my main duties below,
Using the analytical and qualitative processes to enhance and support logistics process, coordinating with Program Managers on financial recoveries and solving day to day logistics issue. Specifically
* Gathering and reviewing data for invoicing of Logistics Services customers
* Submitting the invoices to the customers
* Conducting quality audits, including detailed analysis of any freight invoices that did not match original billing information
* Monitoring and tracking database, updating price change in transportation management system. Quarterly contract update and follow-up with carrier
* Communicating with service providers, such as ocean carriers, air freight forwarders, global consolidators, customs brokers, or trucking companies

and here are the duties I copied from NOC website.

Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of a public or private sector establishment

· Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
· Conduct assessments and propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures in areas such as operations, human resources, records management and communications
· Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards for ISO (International Organization for Standardization) registration
· Plan the reorganization of the operations of an establishment
· May supervise contracted researchers or clerical staff.

Do you think I can use this code to apply EE or is not satisfied this code duty.....many many thanks for your help!

If you are not sure about your NOC, you can write to noc@workingincanada.gc.ca with your duties and responsibilities, they will let you know which NOC is the closest fit.

All the best!

Hi Stanlee,

I wrote the email to NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca before, they replied to say this is the appropriate code I could use. Is same origination that you gave as I contacted before?

I was also unsure about my NOC code, I emailed them and they got back to me shortly. Now, another question. Do you think it is a good idea to attach the emails received from noc@workincanada.ca to reference letters when uploading it?
