Hi. I have a lot of questions that I'm confused about.

I'm trying to gather all of the documents needed for PR application. If my spouse is moving from the USA, and applying Inland (driving over border), what documents does he need? What should he say when he's crossing the border? Does he need anything when crossing over?
More specifically, it says he needs a passport stamps from when he crosses over the border, but he's used an enhanced liscence, and just got a passport this week. Do they stamp the passport when crossing over the border by car?

Also, if applying inland, I don't think he needs a visa from what I've read online if he's coming from the states. " If you (the principal applicant) are living in Canada, provide proof of your status in Canada (e.g. copy of temporary resident visa, studypermit or work permit, temporary resident permit, including out of status documentation). "

Finally, with inland, how does the medical exam work? Does he just get it in Canada?

It's all really confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
