Hi guys, i’m from Bangladesh, me & my husband are planning to apply for PR. I’m being the main applicant, we can show 33lacs in savings account as our fund, my ielts score is 6.5 and my husband’s score is 5, i have a paternal cousin sister there in canada who is a PR now. She lives there with her husband and daughter. Now my question is, i saw in a Saskatchewan website that, if you have any cousin who lives as a PR in canada, you’ll get 20 points. She entered canada through saskachewan immigration and now she has moved to toronto. So what are the documents & ways to use my cousin’s PR to get my 20 points? Because our ielts score is low & also we dont have any masters. We just have financial good amount that’s it. Will be looking forward to suggestions from you guys.

You can't claim any points for your cousin. She needs to be living in Saskatchewan for you to claim the points. She's living in Ontario - so zero points.

But she told me she can manage all the papers.

If she told you that - then what she is proposing is immigration fraud - which is a crime. IRCC isn't stupid. They will figure this out, refuse your application and then ban you from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation (lying in your application).
