I need your advice to fill out the work experience column.

My question is, what should I write under "occupation" column in the form SCHEUDLE 3 (Question 11...http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008_3e.pdf) e.g. my current job title or the work field in which I am working

For Example: If job title is "Distrubution Representative" but a person is working in Distrubution Management organization. So it is appropriate to put occupation as "Distribution Management"????

yes you can. its the job duties that matter not job title. try to match your job duties with the ones listed under your noc on cic website

I suggest to put your title (Tile is not really important), NOC code and your Job duties. Select the NOC carefully and mention the job duties in detail justifying the selected NOC
