need help regarding MEDICAL!!

my situation is I have received a medical forms for my 4 non-accompanying children from buffalo. 2 of them were done with their medicals and 2 of them were refuse to undergo medical and do not want to come here now or later. my question is.. is this affect my application if i explained to buffalo office my situation and decision to exclude them from my family members and provide a form R117(9(d)? will this affect this cause refusal with my application and the rest of my children's applications?

to those who encountered this situation and have an idea.. i need your help asap.. thank you

It won't cause a refusal but those children who are not medically examined will be excluded from the Family Class and you will never be able to sponsor them to Canada. Are they aware of the consequences?

as far as i know they have to undergo the medical wther they will go to canada or not. its was clearly stated in our medical request letter.hope this could help.

Another question guys, if in case my medical was done and was submitted to Ottawa and my 2 children who have a pending medical exams were still pending until now.. Was this cause delay to my application? Please help.. thanks

most probably yes it will cause some delay, seniors please have your saying

it will cause a delay in processing your papers..and i think we were only given 30days to complete this medicals as were stated in our request letter.

yes as far as i know.kc ung co worker ng husband ko ganyan din.nadelayed ung papers.kc kulang ng 1ng medical ng hindi pupunta ng canada.till now on process pa rin ang papers nla @ its almost 1 1/2 yrs na. still they were requested for that persons medical.ang mas maganda you can go sa nearest na CEM @ explain ur situation.hope again this could enlighten you.
