Need help regarding inland application withdrawl

I am inland applicant (common law)
We are thinking to withdraw our application due to some reasons
I have following questions

I got owp Expiring sep 2021 based on that inland application if we withdraw our file ,will i loose my owp too ?

Is there any chance that can i extend my owp after sep 2021?

can my X sponser next partner to canada or do he need to wait for 3 yrs????

No you don’t have to wait 5 years if you withdraw your application but expect a lot of scrutiny of any future sponsorships.
