if final section is null then your application is still under review , i ordered my gcms notes and for me it's approved.

When I got my GCMS notes, the Final was blank but the Visa officer indicated that it was approved (and gave me an expiration date) in the notes at the very end.

Also the passport request had a due date in august but the status was 'not started' for me.
