please suggest me what should I do, my open work permit expired on Nov 24th 2020. I submitted application for implied status on October 2020 and I received refused letter 29 December 2020 because I was not eligible, I submitted implied status just because I can continue work and wait for my Pnp to approve. Now I have given 90 days to restore my status, I am still waiting for my PNP to get approve hopefully I will get in mid of January now question is once I will get my PNP approve I will going to a submit close work permit application as restoration status what that application called
