i got refused because instead of uploading job offer i uploaded the employment contract the officer was not convince that i have a valid job offer.
now i try to open new profile using all the same information and i have a valid job offer but the said im ineligible in any program, i tried again i did not finished it though, i notice that my name is hilighted someone explain it it to me please help
